Frequently asked questions
-
Two to eight months ahead is enough in most cases. In peak season between May and September it pays to ask early – but short-notice requests are welcome too, sometimes a date frees up again.
-
Yes. Sound system, lighting and a wireless mic for the ceremony or speeches are always included – matched to your venue and guest count. If the venue has its own equipment, I’m happy to use it.
-
It depends on duration, travel, equipment and day of the week – so there’s no one-size-fits-all package. After your enquiry you get a fixed quote you can plan with. I’ll give you a ballpark figure in the free consultation.
-
I’m there for the whole evening – typically three to nine hours. We agree the exact timing in the consultation to fit your schedule.
-
Absolutely. The best way is a shared Spotify playlist – feel free to build it with your guests. It shows me what works for you. Add your must-plays, no-gos and the songs for your entrance, first dance and dinner, and I have everything I need to prepare.
-
Then you get a replacement. Through Kollektiv CREO and my DJ network I have colleagues who can step in at short notice and take over the prepared playlist. You won’t be left without music.
-
Yes. Music for the entrance, during the ceremony and for the drinks reception is part of it – including a wireless mic for speakers. Just tell me where the ceremony takes place and I’ll plan set-up and changeover.
-
About two by one metres of space, two separately fused power sockets and, ideally, step-free access for unloading. Set-up usually takes just 30 minutes – I’m there well before your guests.
-
I play all over Baden-Württemberg – from Tübingen and Stuttgart to Lake Constance. Longer distances and destination weddings abroad, e.g. in Spain, are available on request. Travel and, if needed, accommodation are listed transparently in the quote.
-
Enquiry via the form, free consultation, fixed quote – once you confirm, the date is reserved. You’ll find the full process on the Contact page.
