General
I only process personal data to the extent necessary to provide this website, answer enquiries or carry out bookings. The legal bases are in particular Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract and pre-contractual measures), Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest) and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent).
Hosting by Squarespace
This website is hosted by Squarespace (Squarespace Ireland Limited, Le Pole House, Ship Street Great, Dublin 8, Ireland). When you visit the website, Squarespace processes technically necessary data such as IP address, date and time of access, browser type and operating system in server log files. This is required to provide the website securely and reliably (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). A transfer to the USA cannot be ruled out; Squarespace uses EU standard contractual clauses for this. A data processing agreement is in place.
Cookies
Squarespace sets technically necessary cookies required to operate the website (§ 25(2) TDDDG). Where analytics cookies are used in addition, this only happens with your consent via the cookie banner (§ 25(1) TDDDG, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future.
Contact and enquiry form
If you send me an enquiry via the contact or booking form, I process the data you provide (e.g. name, email address, occasion, preferred date, message) to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, prepare a quote (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer needed for this purpose and no statutory retention obligations apply.
Links to social networks
This website contains simple links to Instagram, SoundCloud and YouTube. These are not embedded plugins; data is only transferred to the respective provider when you click the link. The provider’s privacy policy applies there.
Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of Baden-Württemberg. This translation is provided for convenience; the German version is legally binding.
